Day 1 Depart Australia
  • Board your flight Depart Australia for the United States.
  • Arrive in New York, transfer to your hotel and check in.
Day 2 Welcome to New York
  • Ellis Island Jump on the ferry and journey to Ellis Island - once the gateway to the ‘American Dream’. Between 1892 and 1954 over 12 million immigrants passed through the doors of Ellis Island, all seeking freedom, opportunity and a fresh start.
  • Liberty Island Next stop on the ferry tour is Liberty Island, home of the Statue of Liberty. A symbol of freedom and democracy, the Statue of Liberty was a gift of friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States.
  • New York City Upon arrival in New York City join a walking tour of Lower Manhattan. Explore Battery Park, the Financial District and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum.
  • Dinner Enjoy dinner in Little Italy.
  • Optional Activity Take in a Broadway show after dinner.
Day 3 New York
  • Just Dance After breakfast head to your first Broadway workshop.
  • Lincoln Centre Tour Learn more about Lincoln Centre’s iconic landmarks – including the Metropolitan Opera House. Go behind the scenes of venues where a spectacular range of artists have performed including Luciano Pavarotti, Mikhail Baryshnikov and Bruce Springsteen.
  • Carnegie Hall Tour The remarkable architectural design and incredible legacy has made Carnegie Hall a national historic and cultural landmark.
  • Midtown NYC Make a quick pit-stop at Rockefeller Centre before visiting the famous Radio City Music Hall. Here you will enjoy a backstage tour, going behind the scenes of the most iconic theatre in New York.
  • Dinner Dinner at Cucina Restaurant at Rockefeller Centre.
  • Optional Activity Broadway Show
Day 4 New York
  • Disney Theatre Experience the thrill of Broadway and the magic of Disney through this hands on exploration of theatrical performances. This workshop will give students the rare opportunity to perform scenes, songs and dances from famous Disney Broadway shows.
  • Central Park Visit the natural heart and soul of New York City, the world famous Central Park. A designated national historical landmark since 1962, Central Park offers NYC’s millions of citizens a beautiful landscape free from the hustle and bustle of city life.
  • Guggenheim Museum Explore the famous Guggenheim Museum. Students can see special exhibitions of modern and contemporary art, listen to lectures by artists and critics, view performances and film screenings, as well as take guided tours led by museum educators.
  • Optional Activities 5th Avenue Walking Tour. Tour of St Patrick's Cathedral.
  • Times Square Experience the vibrant heart of New York City, Times Square. Here you’ll find yourself at the centre of performers, spectators, tourist and locals all interacting amongst the bright lights of Broadway! The dazzling electrical signs are that which gave Broadway its reputation as “The Great White Way”.
  • Empire State Building After dinner, head to the Empire State Building. The 86th Floor Observation Deck is one of the most famous observatories in the world – and has been the setting for dozens of movies and television scenes. Wrapping around the building’s spire, the observation deck provides 360 degree views of Central Park, the Hudson River, Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty and more.
Day 5 New York - Los Angeles
  • Farewell NYC Board your early morning flight to Los Angeles.
  • The Grammy Museum With four floors of cutting edge exhibits, interactive experiences and films – the Grammy Museum in downtown LA provides a one-of-a-kind experience. Engaging and educational– the museum is an exciting and interactive celebration of the power of music.
  • Red Line Sightseeing Tour Enjoy an afternoon navigating your way through some of the most famous sites Southern California has to offer. From the Hollywood Bowl to the famous Hollywood sign, this afternoon will be full of adventure!
  • Farmer's Market Stroll through LA’s original Farmers Market and enjoy a farm fresh dinner.
Day 6 Day trip to Disneyland
  • All Disney, all day With a Disneyland Resort Park ticket, you will be able to “park-hop” between Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure parks. Later on, enjoy a Disney Performing Arts Dance performance.
Day 7 Los Angeles
  • Sony Studio Tour Location on one of the World’s most famous studio lots, this walking tour gives you a rare glimpse of old Hollywood’s glory days. The dynamic studio tour guides will shed light on the film and television production process taking you to various soundstages, you may even have a chance to visit the sets of a few hit game shows, Wheel of Fortune anyone?
  • Santa Monica Pier Take a visit to Santa Monica Beach and the infamous pier – one of LA’s most popular landmarks.
  • Hollywood Boulevard Enjoy dinner at the Hard Rock Café, located just steps away from Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
  • Griffith Observatory An icon of Los Angeles, the Griffith Observatory is one of Southern California’s most popular attractions.
Day 8 Depart Los Angeles
  • Disneyland Return to Disneyland for additional time at the two theme parks. Afterwards enjoy another Disney Performing Arts Dance performance.
  • Depart Los Angeles Board your flight at LAX and begin your journey home to Australia
Day 9 Welcome home
  • Arrive home in Australia
