WorldStrides Education Partnership Program

At WorldStrides, we value our strong partnerships with the schools that look to us to fulfill their program needs. We provide a range of resources, spanning everything from risk management to student travel scholarships. Our commitment to you as part of our partnership is to provide proposals for all domestic and international K-12 programs at your school for the academic year.

Here’s how our holistic approach supports your school, students, and faculty:

As soon as you become a Partner School
Just for inviting us to provide proposals for all the travel programs your school offers over the course of a year, we offer you:

• A travel voucher to use on your first confirmed program with WorldStrides, $250 for a domestic program or $500 for an international program
• A certificate confirming your access to $25 million liability coverage on all WorldStrides programs

Pre-travel advantages
When you confirm your first (or multiple) program with us, we will also provide you with:

• Pre-departure preparation webinars for travelling students, teachers, and chaperones from an experienced Program Leader and the WorldStrides team
• Student scholarships on all of your domestic and international travel programs

Here’s how joining the WorldStrides Education Partnership Program can directly benefit your students, making educational travel more accessible than ever before.

A boost for your initial WorldStrides program
When you confirm your first travel program with WorldStrides, we award you a travel voucher. Our educators typically use these as part of their fundraising programs, apply them towards deserving student participants or to add an extra/upgraded element to the program.

Student scholarship rewards for multiple programs
We provide student scholarships to our School Partners in any academic year when multiple groups will be travelling on a WorldStrides program. Even better, the more programs you experience with us, the greater the scholarship rewards for your school and students!

How to award your scholarship funds
We recommend the scholarship is awarded to a student or multiple students from each program, who you believe has best demonstrated the values of a WorldStrides ambassador by exploring communities outside of their own, discovering a diverse array of interests and becoming a leader in the school.

• The scholarship can go towards purchasing new books, school supplies, tutoring sessions or extra-curricular activities of the students choice
• We will also provide you with a special certificate to present to your student/s at your end-of-year awards ceremony
• The nominated student/s are welcome to write an article or blog sharing their educational travel experience, which will feature on WorldStrides website, social media channels and publications
