Complete an activity booklet, consider new designs for the city and explore the exhibition at the end of the program.
- MoAD (Museum of Australian Democracy) visit Learn how to become an active citizen through inquiry-based learning, interactive technology and historic role play in the very location where decisions that shaped our nation were made. MoAD's learning programs are aligned to the Australian Curriculum and offer unique learning experiences relating to Civics and Citizenship; History; Geography; HASS; English and The Arts, as well as the General Capabilities and Cross Curriculum Priorities.
- Electoral Education Centre visit Choose from a number of program areas depending on area of interest, age or knowledge level. Choose from House of Representatives, Senate, Referendum and Eligible Elector. Watch a multimedia presentation exploring the history of Australian democracy and take part in hands-on activities to understand enrolment, voting and representation. Vote in a simulated election and count votes to achieve a result.

- Royal Australian Mint guided visit Watch a short film about how coins are made, then discover some interesting facts about the history of coins in Australia where you'll learn how coins are designed, before looking out into the factory to see where they are produced. At the end of the tour you'll get the opportunity to make a legal commemorative $1 coin for the cost of $3 in the Mint Coin shop.

- Australian Institute of Sport and Sportex guided visit Go behind the scenes and discover where Australia’s sporting champions are created and gain a unique insight into the life of elite athletes. Explore the facility and learn about Australia's rich sporting past and glimpse into the window of the future. Finish your tour at Sportex, an educational and engaging sports experience where you can try wheelchair basketball, virtual downhill skiing, rock climbing, football penalty shootouts and more.
- Government House guided visit Discover what it means to be an Australian citizen, how governments work, and the special role of the Governor-General as you're guided through Government House and surrounding gardens.
- Parliament House guided visit (PEO and Hospitality) The PEO role-play gives students hands-on experience of how our Parliament works to make Australia a better place to live (1hr) On the guided tour students can see; both chambers of Parliament (on non-sitting days), Marble Foyer, Great Hall (subject to availability), Members’ Hall & Highlights of the Parliament House Art Collection (1hr). Along the route, you’ll spot spectacular clifftops, Aboriginal rock carvings, a heritage listed cemetery, ocean baths, and maybe even a humpback whale.
