Elise Smart
Program Associate
After 22 years of managing teams in Aviation, during which she travelled to all continents except Antarctica, Elise joined WorldStrides. Her passion for travel, new adventures, and the broadening of understandings that come from these experiences drives her in her role.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Victorian coast, or cheering on her favourite team at the MCG. Life is busy, but the excitement of bringing new worlds to the students who experience a WorldStrides tour keeps her energised and inspired.
