Day 1 Launceston – Cradle Mountain National Park
  • On the move Meet at the Sydney Airport for an early flight to Launceston
  • Cradle Mountain National Park Take a coach to Cradle Mountain National Park, home to the world-famous Overland Track, and break into smaller groups to explore the beautiful forest scenery. Students will also explore Cataract Gorge in a self-guided visit
  • Check In Get settled for the night
Day 2 Launceston – Freycinet
  • Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre Students will learn about the natural and cultural heritage of the park and region through creative displays. Following this, enjoy a self-guided hike and soak in the stunning coastal views
  • Freycinet Adventures See the Freycinet Peninsula from the serenity of your Sea Kayak
  • Check In Head to your accommodation to stay the night
Day 3 Freycinet – Port Arthur
  • Port Arthur Historic Site Take a guided tour around the fascinating ruins of the Port Arthur convict settlement including the 1844 penitentiary, the infirmary and the sinister Model Prison
  • Harbour Cruise Jump on board the Harbour Cruise and learn about the maritime history of Port Arthur whilst viewing the Isle of the Dead
  • Port Arthur - Richmond Students will explore the historic town of Richmond and it's many attractions such as the famous Richmond bridge and the Richmond Gaol
  • Coal River Farm No cheese & chocolate crafting session is complete without a cheese & chocolate tasting! The Coal River Farm has this and more to offer
  • Check In Travel to your accommodation in Hobart for the next two nights
Day 4 Hobart – Huon Valley
  • Hastings Caves & Thermal Springs Take a guided tour of the largest tourist cave in Australia and it's richly decorated chambers, which began forming tens of millions of years ago
  • Unwind with a relaxing swim in the warm waters of a thermal springs pool
  • Tahune Airwalk Journey through the canopy of the forest on a 1 hour guided tour of the 570 metre Airwalk, a 25 - 40 metre high treetop walkway
  • City Sights Tour Travel to Hobart and take a tour of the city's famous attractions including Salamanca Place, Battery Point and Constitution Dock
  • Mt Wellington Hike up Mt Wellington and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Hobart
Day 5 Hobart - Richmond
  • Puddleduck Vineyard Enjoy a 1 hour guided tour of Puddleduck Vineyard by Puddleduck’s own Wine Maker; Darren. The tour will focus on the climate, soil and geographical importance surrounding the vineyard
  • Morilla Estate Winery Travel back to Hobart to Morilla Estate Winery for a 1 - 1.5 hour guided tour and learn about vine and grape production with a focus on viticulture
  • Departure Board your flight home
